This notice describes information used by Integration's AI receptionist and related website features. Contact integrationworks.ca@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests.
Information used by the service
- Account and business information: your name, email, authentication information, business profile, services, FAQs, policies, and settings.
- Connected accounts: connection details and authorization tokens used to access enabled email, calendar, and phone services.
- Customer interactions: sender details, email and text content, generated replies and drafts, call details and transcripts, appointment information, and customer context needed for enabled workflows. Voice processing may involve audio.
- Website interactions: messages submitted to the website assistant or demo; custom project enquiries, including contact details, business information, and workflow descriptions; and technical information used for sessions, rate limits, and troubleshooting.
Why information is processed
Information is used to authenticate accounts, configure the agent, understand customer requests, generate responses, carry out enabled messaging and appointment workflows, display activity, maintain conversation context, and diagnose service problems. Website-assistant messages are processed to answer questions about Integration. Project enquiries are emailed to Integration to review the proposed work and respond using the contact details provided.
Service providers and connected tools
Relevant information is processed by providers involved in the features you use. These include Supabase for authentication and stored application data, OpenAI for AI processing, Google for connected Gmail and Calendar, and Twilio for enabled phone and text features. Hosting and voice-processing providers may also handle information needed to deliver those features.
Providers have their own privacy terms and processing arrangements. Data may be processed outside your country depending on the providers and configuration. Contact us before submitting information subject to specific residency or regulatory requirements.
Your choices and responsibilities
You control the business information you provide and which integrations and automation settings you enable. You can disable email auto reply, disconnect supported integrations, or revoke access through the connected provider. Disconnecting stops future authorized access but does not automatically remove records already stored or undo completed actions.
Business account holders are responsible for informing their customers about the use of the service and obtaining any permissions required for handling their information, automated messages, or call transcription and recording. Avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information. Customers may contact the business they interacted with or contact Integration for help identifying the appropriate point of contact.
Storage and retention
The application stores account and business records, integration credentials, customer context, and activity such as messages, drafts, transcripts, and appointments. Records can remain after a session ends or an integration is disconnected. Temporary demo records are subject to automated cleanup; do not use the demo for confidential customer information.
To request access, correction, deletion, or account closure, contact us. The scope of a request and any legal obligations affect what can be removed; records held independently by connected providers are governed by those providers. Contact us for retention details relevant to your use before providing information with special requirements.
Sessions and security
The website uses an authentication cookie to maintain login sessions. Keep credentials secure and report suspected unauthorized access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Updates and contact
This notice may be updated as the service changes. The version and date above identify the notice you are reading. Where required, significant changes to how information is used require additional notice or consent.
