Terms of Service

Version 2026-10-05 ยท Last updated October 5, 2026

These terms explain your responsibilities when using Integration's AI receptionist, dashboard, and related demos. Please read them before creating an account. Questions? Contact integrationworks.ca@gmail.com.

1. Your agreement with Integration

By accepting these terms when signing up, you agree to follow them when using the service. If you create an account for a business, you confirm that you have authority to act for that business. You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

These terms apply to the AI receptionist and its related features. A separate written agreement may apply to a custom automation project or paid plan; its specific provisions take priority where they conflict with these general terms.

2. What the service does

Integration provides tools that use business information to help answer customer inquiries, prepare replies, and support appointment workflows. Depending on your setup, features may use connected email, calendars, phone calls, or text messages. Availability depends on your configuration and the third-party services involved.

The public demo is a practice environment. It does not send emails or create, change, or cancel real appointments. Demo results do not guarantee identical results in a connected account.

3. Your account and business information

4. AI output and automated actions

AI can misunderstand requests or produce incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate responses. Review and test your configuration before relying on it. You remain responsible for your business decisions, customer commitments, and determining whether the service is suitable for your work.

When you enable automatic replies, you authorize the service to generate and send customer email replies during inbox processing without approving each message. Other enabled workflows may send messages or create, change, confirm, or cancel appointments through connected services. Review the capabilities and settings of each workflow before enabling it.

You can disable email auto reply in the dashboard. Doing so does not undo messages or actions already completed, and processing already in progress may finish. Disconnect integrations or contact us if you need help stopping other workflows.

The service is not an emergency-response system or a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice. Keep appropriate human oversight for consequential or sensitive requests.

5. Customer information and permitted use

Only provide information you are entitled to use and share for the requested purpose. You are responsible for giving your customers required notices and obtaining any necessary permissions for automated communications, processing their information, and call transcription or recording where applicable. Review our Privacy Notice for how information is handled.

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, spam, deceptive impersonation, harassment, infringing content, or unauthorized access to accounts. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access restrictions, or provide credentials, payment-card details, or sensitive information that is unnecessary for the task.

6. Connected services

Features rely on outside providers, including email, calendar, telecommunications, hosting, database, and AI services. Their own terms may also apply. Availability, permissions, usage limits, and connection changes can affect Integration. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that a connection will remain authorized indefinitely.

7. Fees and separate arrangements

Any price, billing schedule, usage allowance, renewal, cancellation, or refund conditions for a paid service must be stated in the plan or separate agreement you accept. These terms do not establish a subscription price or a blanket no-refund policy. Charges from your own third-party providers may be separate. Rights granted by applicable law continue to apply.

8. Content and ownership

You retain your rights in the business information and other content you provide. You authorize Integration and the providers involved in delivering the service to process that content as needed to carry out your requested workflows and operate the service. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content.

Integration and its licensors retain their rights in the service's software, branding, and designs. AI output may not be unique; you are responsible for reviewing it before using it and checking that your use respects others' rights.

9. Availability, suspension, and ending use

Features may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, provider outages, or technical reasons. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues, or legal requirements.

You may stop using the service, disable automation, and disconnect your integrations. Contact us to request account closure or help with stored information. Any separate paid agreement determines billing cancellation obligations, subject to applicable law. Account closure does not itself delete records held independently by your email, calendar, or telecommunications providers.

10. Limitations and your legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise of error-free results, uninterrupted operation, or suitability for every workflow. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, responsibility, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or prevents you from exercising mandatory consumer or privacy rights.

11. Changes and questions

Changes to these terms will be identified by a new version and update date. We will provide notice of material changes before they take effect and request renewed agreement where required. Changes do not remove rights that already apply to you.
